Since its introduction in 1991, the Housing Monthly Diary has been appreciated for its factual reporting of news relevant to the social housing sector.

Legal Update is available as an appendix to the Housing Monthly Diary or as a supplement to Quarterly Review and is a quarterly publication reporting on legal issues affecting the wider social housing sector.

It keeps readers informed on case law decisions, statute changes and related directives and new Circulars, Regulations, etc.

Our Quarterly Publications...

Quarterly Review and Legal Update are two publications concerned with the social housing sector - available under a single subscription.

Together they provide a compilation of reports included during the previous three months in our other publication - the Housing Monthly Diary.

 		Unlike the Housing Monthly Diary (which is, as its name suggests, a monthly journal), Quarterly Review and Legal Update are published four times a year - in January, April, July and October.

Legal Update includes summaries of Court decisions and reports of other issues of legal and legislative nature that are of interest to the social housing sector. Quarterly Review includes reports on the wider range of issues of interest to the social housing sector - that is, other than those included in Legal Update.

They provide an excellent way of keeping busy staff, committee members, etc. informed and advised on issues that effect social housing organisations, the voluntary sector and others associated with the sector.

They represent an effective training tool, that can assist staff already employed in the sector, as well as those in part or full-time training.
